If you’re a state legislator, you’re taking one last breath before diving into the deep end of the pool — where the difficult part of the budget lives. Governor Paterson joins us to discuss HIS next steps in the process. We’ll hear what Republican Tom Libous expects to see from negotiations over the next few days.
